  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM may be shipped on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Standard delivery time within India is generally between 3–7 business days.
  • Remote locations may require additional delivery time depending on courier availability.
  • Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimated and may vary due to operational or courier-related factors.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Customers can track their shipment using the tracking number provided by the courier partner.

8. Missing Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 12 business days from the shipping date, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID and tracking details.

If no communication is received within this period, we may assume the shipment has been successfully delivered.

9. International Shipping

Currently, fishnchipzzz primarily ships within India. International shipping availability may vary depending on product category and destination country.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
