Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The product delivered is incorrect
- The product has missing parts or items
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any claim, an unboxing video is required.
- Sealed package must be shown before opening
- Shipping label must be visible
- Full unboxing must be continuous (no cuts or edits)
- Issue must be clearly visible in the video
Claims without valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
No Return / No Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Wrong product ordered by customer
- Compatibility issues not caused by us
- Cancellation after shipment
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless they meet eligibility conditions above.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
